Keep 'Em Clean

FLU Prevention starts at home and with you! Washing your hands often and thoroughly will go a long way toward keeping you germ free.

This years FLU Season has been one of the worst we have seen in recent history. Everyone is touching potentially contaminated surfaces everywhere they go, not to mention in their own homes. And even though we cannot avoid this, we can take steps to minimize exposure to those pesky FLU germs.

By this point, I am pretty certain most people have seen the video from a Florida Emergency Room Nurse that went viral. In it she shares stories from the ER. While you might feel she is going to far pointing out that FLU prevention starts at home, she is not wrong. Take a look at the video clip below that includes part of the original video and her interview with a local news agency.

Now that you've seen it (and probably googled the full video), we would like to hear from you!

What do you think?

Is she right or wrong?

What steps do you take to prevent the spread of cold and FLU germs?
